BMW F22 rear ledge made in The Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP) is a technique that uses vacuum pressure to drive resin into a laminate. Dry materials are laid into the mold and the vacuum is applied before resin is introduced. Once a complete vacuum is achieved, resin is literally sucked into the laminate via carefully placed tubing.
Carbon/Kevlar parts can hold up several contacts and hits, without need of replacing them. Carbon gives strength and kevlar material provides flexibility.
Ideal solution for long term service cost-effectiveness.
Estimate weight Fiberglass - 2,80kg, Carbon Fiber [Carbon Kevlar] - 2,00kg.
All parts are for TRACK AND RACE CARS only (not exhibition), adjustments will be required at fitting.
Please note that there may be occasional small imperfections, such as small cracks, scratches and/or slight size variations, which in no way affect their high-performance capabilities.
